Brightalytics, formerly known as Pekarsky Consulting, was brought in to help build Tableau Center of Excellence (CoE), support the strategic roadmap and culture of self-service analytics, and partner with all teams working with one of the largest enterprise Tableau Servers in the world.
Our analytical and research efforts focused on optimizing Tableau visualizations, monitoring user interactions with dashboards, software performance, and repository metadata.
Brightalytics reimagined the complex user enablement process and reduced the onboarding time to less than 2 days.
